Ricky Skaggs to Headline 10th Annual ROMP Bluegrass Festival

Ricky Skaggs is headlining the 10th annual ROMP bluegrass music festival in Owensboro’s Yellow Creek Park this June.

The International Bluegrass Music Museum released the lineup today which includes the following:
