Friday Funday and Community Celebration is a time for new students to come to campus to get ready for the start of the Fall 2023 semester! But this year — as we celebrate WKCTC’s 20th anniversary — we are offering even more fun!

Our current students, faculty, staff and the community are also invited to come to campus for live music, inflatables, games, fun photo opportunities, along with food trucks and cold treat options (cash and credit accepted). Bring a chair or blanket to sit and enjoy the bands! Performing are Lew Jetton & 61 South and The Wheelhouse Rousters.

During the day, new students may also tour campus, get their parking passes, and visit the WKCTC Bookstore. WKCTC representatives will be on hand to help with assistance for Financial Aid, and more! The WKCTC Shuttle Bus will travel between the Quad area and the Anderson Technical Building throughout the day. Information from various campus resources and student organizations will also be available.

It will be a great day for the whole family! Come out and celebrate with us in the Matheson Library Quad behind Haws Gym. We have plenty of parking available, and there will be signs to show you the way!
