Join this gentle, restorative yoga class at the Marshall County Resiliency Center on the Court Square in Benton at 4 p.m. every Thursday, beginning September 15. Relax, unwind, and enjoy this tension-releasing practice of stretching and easy meditation.
This class is suitable for beginners and yoga mats are available, if needed. In order to make yoga available for everyone in our community, Serenity Valley Wellness is offering this class by donation only. We hope to see you on the mat!
