MHHCC and HRCHCC's Compassion Club: Building Belonging with Books, The World to Come: A Novel

MHHCC and HRCHCC's Compassion Club: Building Belonging with Books, The World to Come: A Novel

The Compassion Club: Building Belonging with Books, a book club focused on works by diverse authors will meet on Thursday, July 13 at 6pm at the Pennyroyal Area Museum. We will be discussing The World to Come: A Novel by Dara Horn. Books are available at the Pennyroyal Area Museum at a discounted rate of $10.00 each. However, you may secure a copy on your own and join us for the conversation at no cost.

The Supper Club and Compassion Club are designed to build community belonging. Sharing conversations over books and a meal is a great way to bring people together to share their culture, rituals, and traditions. With compassion at heart and a journey with history, our goal is to build a community that understands and promotes cross-cultural dialogue with our neighbors.

To register for the first Supper Club, visit Eventbrite.com or call us at 270-887-4270. Visit our Facebook event page for up-to-date information.
