The Museums of Historic Hopkinsville-Christian County is going BACK TO THE FUTURE for a fundraising block party and special performance by Mixtape - 80s Tribute Band on Friday, October 6, 2023 in downtown Hopkinsville. This gnarly night supports the museum and its mission to cultivate regional pride by sharing our community’s authentic stories and to restore the city’s iconic town clock.

The block party kicks off at 6pm on Liberty Street next door to the Pennyroyal Area Museum. The street and the museum will be transformed into a totally tubular scene with fresh decorations, delicious grub, signature cocktails, a rad photo booth, and local memorabilia of the era. Dust off your acid-washed jeans and leg warmers, and tease your hair to the sky. Don’t gag me with a spoon! This night is going to be bad!

Tickets are $50 per person for the show. Reserved tables with premier seating for 10 people are available for $600. All proceeds support the Museums of Historic Hopkinsville-Christian County, its mission, and its efforts to Save the Town Clock. The party starts at 6:00pm, and the band will be jamming by 6:30pm.
