West Kentucky Community and Technical College’s Paducah School of Art and Design is hosting an artist talk by Guy Kemper, 12:30 pm, February 27 in the Bill Ford Gallery in PSAD’s 2D and Graphic Design Building, 905 Harrison Street, Paducah Kentucky. The event is free and open to the public.

Born in Louisville, Kentucky, Guy Kemper is a painter who often collaborates with master glass blowers and craftspeople to translate his paintings into glass, mosaic and sculpture. Combining superlative design and craftsmanship, he is active in the corporate, liturgical and public art fields. Kemper’s large-scale glass mosaic is included in the public art commissioned for Barkley Regional Airport, serving west Kentucky.
