The Museums of Hopkinsville-Christian County will be hosting an AP History Exam Workshop at the Pennyroyal Area Museum on Tuesday, April 29 at 6:30 p.m.
Join Brett Pritchett, the Museum’s Learning Coordinator, for a night of tips and tricks for taking the AP tests for United States, European, and World History! Brett brings over fifteen years' experience in preparing students for AP exams. He will discuss test format, provide test-taking strategies, and give essay writing tips.
Cost for the program is $5.00 per student and pre-registration is required. Register for the workshop at the museum, by visiting the museum’s website shop, or by scanning the QR code provided.

This is our LIHEAP Spring Subsidy program. This is for low-income clients in the Western KY Counties of Ballard, Calloway, Carlisle, Fulton, Graves, Hickman, McCracken and Marshall. You can receive a one time partial credit on your electric bill.

The Murray Woman's Club hosts its 10th Annual Floral and Iris Color Show, Plant Sale, and Luncheon, on Thursday, May 1.
Show registration from 7:30 to 9:30 am. $1 entry fee for each single stem, containers provided.
Judging from 9:30 to 11 am.
Viewing and voting for peoples' choice: 11 am to noon. Exhibitors may claim specimens 12:30 to 1 pm.
Luncheon served 11:30 am to 12:30 pm. $15.
People's choice categories: single stems, house plants, fresh floral arrangements, and succulents.

The Clubhouse of the Murray Woman's Club is located at 704 Vine Street in Murray. Proceeds from this event go towards the MSU Agriculture Student Scholarship Program.
