Former McCracken County PVA Pleads Not Guilty At Arraignment

MCCRACKENKY.COM

McCracken County’s former property valuation administrator pleaded not guilty for charges of theft and forgery at her arraignment on Monday.

Nancy Bock faces one count of theft and seven counts of second degree forgery. Defense attorney Mark Bryant says Bock allegedly used the office’s gas card for trips to see family members and falsified travel documents.

Bryant says Bock intends to plead guilty but plea arrangements haven’t yet been made with Commonwealth’s Attorney Mike Stacy. Graves County Circuit Judge Tim Stark was appointed as special judge on the case. He set the pretrial conference for January 28. Bock was indicted in September.
