A Murray attorney convicted of two felony theft charges underwent sentencing in Calloway Circuit Court today.

42nd Judicial Circuit Court Judge Jamie Jameson sentenced Joseph Bolin to ten years imprisonment after Bolin failed to disperse $900,000 dollars on multiple probate cases. Kentucky State Police Troopers arrested Bolin last year after a seven-month investigation. The investigation began when a victim contacted KSP and alleged Bolin had not made required disbursement payments.

The Murray Ledger & Times reports Bolin entered a guilty plea in August and left the sentence at the discretion of Judge Jameson.

Bolin was remanded to custody after receiving his sentence.
