US Representative Whitfield Files For 11th Congressional Term

Kentucky's 1st District US Congressman Ed Whitfield has filed to run for an 11th term.

The Hopkinsville-native filed his candidacy with the Kentucky Secretary of State’s Office Friday.

The 70-year old Republican has held the post since 1994 and currently serves as the Chairman of the House Subcommittee on Energy and Power.
