Update Tuesday 2/16 Evening: Arrest Warrant Issued for Missing Calloway County Woman Jennifer Hicks
Update Tuesday, 2/16: In response to ongoing rumors, Calloway County Sheriff Sam Steger told the Murray Ledger & Times that officials don’t believe Hicks was abducted. Nathan Baird with the Sheriff's Office also says there's no established connection between Hicks' disappearance and her job at Lake Chem Federal Credit Union in Murray.
Update Saturday: The family of Jennifer Hicks is asking for privacy at this time. They remain focused on the search and needs for the family and ask for tips to be sent to the sheriff's office.
Update Friday:
The Calloway County Sheriff's Office is still looking for Jennifer Hicks, who has not been seen or heard from since noon Tuesday.
The CCSO issued a release earlier today with more information.
Jennifer Hicks, age 31, left her work around 12:00 Tuesday to go check on her daughter.
At approximately 12:45, her vehicle was seen on 94E heading east bound, and that was the last time Hicks and her vehicle were seen. She drives a 2010 Pontiac G6 with tinted windows, a pink "Breast Cancer Awareness" license plate and a pink "UK" plate in the front.
Hicks is described as a 31-year-old, white female, 5'8'' with brown hair and green eyes.
The Sheriff's Office has received numerous calls from the public on possible locations and are following up on them.
