Congressman Comer Resumes Town Hall Forums Across Kentucky's 1st District

U.S. Congressman James Comer is resuming a series of town hall meetings across Kentucky’s First District over the next two weeks.

He stopped in Taylor and Simpson counties earlier today. This evening, he joins a Farm Bill Listening Session in Hopkinsville. The Kentucky Farm Bureau hosts the event at 6 at the Hopkinsville Community College.

Comer holds town halls in Lyon County on Tuesday and Trigg and Webster counties on Wednesday. At a forum last month in Paducah, questions centered around repealing and replacing the Affordable Care Act, scaling back EPA regulations and other aspects of President Trump’s proposed budget.

The congressman plans to hold town hall events in all 35 of the counties in his district during his first year in office.
