Gov. Bevin To Hold Community Forum In Ballard County

Kentucky Governor Matt Bevin is holding a community forum today in Ballard County. He will discuss economic development and other initiatives.

The forum is at 3:30 at the 297 Event Center in Kevil. Bevin has in past forums discussed education funding, pension systems reform efforts and business growth.

The Chinese company Global Win recently purchased the shuttered Verso Paper Mill in Wickliffe and plans to create 500 jobs at the site.
