Local singers are invited to participate in a performance of Handel’s Messiah to be held at First Baptist Church in Paris, Tennessee. Rehearsals are Tuesday nights at 6 at the church, starting tomorrow. The performance is Sunday, December 7, at 3 p.m.
The Mayfield-Graves County Art Guild accepts entries for its Impressions 2014 juried art exhibition beginning tomorrow. Submissions are accepted through November 15. The Humane Society of Calloway County holds its annual Holiday Bazaar and Bake Sale this Saturday from 9 to 2 at the Calloway County Public Library community room. Donations of baked goods, handmade items, or attic treasures are accepted on Friday from 10 to 5. Proceeds support the programs of the Humane Society of Calloway County.
