The Murray Art Guild presents its regional juried photography exhibition “PROOFS,” opening this Friday at the Robert O. Miller Conference Center. The exhibit features the work of area youth and adults as selected by juror Kristin Reeves. The exhibit remains open through October 10. There’s an opening reception Friday night from 5-7, with awards presented at 6.

The Humane Society of Calloway County is accepting photos of pets for the 2016 Pet Calendar. Twelve photos will be chosen for special "Pet of the Month" placement, and every photo submitted appears on a date square somewhere on the calendar.
