Paris Police Officer Charged with First Degree Murder of Infant Son

  The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has arrested a police officer from the Paris, Tennessee police department in connection with the death of his infant son earlier this month.

Paris Police Department officer Christopher Warren Page was arrested Thursday and charged with first degree murder and aggravated child abuse. Page's 3-month-old son, Gunner, died September 7 of injuries sustained days earlier at his family's home in Puryear, Tenn.

As of Thursday night, Page was being held without bond at the Carroll County Jail. The TBI's investigation into Gunner Page's death continues, with the assistance of the Henry County Sheriff's Office.
