Historical marker detailing legacy of Paducah's Lincoln High School unveiled at former site

For nearly 30 years, the property where Lincoln High School once stood was an empty field. But on Friday, dozens gathered for the unveiling of a new Kentucky Historical Society marker recognizing the school that – despite the intent of segregation – helped students to make the most of their educational opportunities.
