Kentucky Community & Technical College System

The Kentucky Community and Technical College System Board of Regents on Thursday approved 11 recommendations for changes to the system in response to a directive earlier this year from the state legislature.

An examination of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System from the state auditor’s office says the organization overcharged schools by more than $24 million over three years.

After a monthslong national search, Ryan Quarles has been named the fourth president of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System by its board of regents.
