A former Murray High School teacher and coach facing charges involving voyeurism in a school bathroom was arraigned in Calloway Circuit Court on Tuesday.
Mark Boggess entered a plea of not guilty. A pre-trial conference is set for September 19.
Boggess is charged with three counts of possessing matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor. He is also charged with eight counts of voyeurism. According to an indictment, the alleged offenses occurred between January 1 and April 25 of this year.
Boggess was released from the Calloway County Jail in late April on bond. He cannot have contact with witnesses or alleged victims.
