Three McCracken County residents have been taken into custody and a fourth is being sought after a shooting last night at Paducah’s Noble Park.
Police have arrested James Burlingame, age 20, Austin Cunningham, age 19, and an unnamed juvenile on charges stemming from the robbery and shooting of Jonathan Riley. Police have also charged and are looking for a fourth suspect. 18-year-old EllasMobley.
Riley told detectives told he had gone to the park to buy drugs from Cunningham. A car pulled up and Cunningham and Mobley got out and demanded money. Mobley pulled a gun and a struggle ensued. Shots were fired and Riley was hit in the ankle.

Riley says the suspects fled in the car but only made it a short distance before it stalled. Riley says he ran after the car and began beating on it at which time Burlingame fired several shots at him from inside the car.
Burlingame, Mobley, Cunningham and a 17-year-old girl who was in the car with them then fled into a wooded area of the park.
The incident occurred about 100 yard from the area of the park amphitheater just before the Movie in the Park was set to begin. The park was evacuated and no other injuries were reported.
Officers began searching the park and two K9 units were deployed.
Burlingame and the juvenile were located on Cairo Road near Potter Street and were taken in custody. Burlingame was charged with first-degree wanton endangerment and first-degree robbery and booked into McCracken County Regional Jail. The juvenile was charged with complicity to first-degree robbery and lodged in McCracken County Juvenile Detention Center.
Security officers at Baptist Health Paducah later reported seeing someone matching one of the suspect's descriptions. A K9 unit detected the suspect in the bushes. Cunningham surrendered without incident and was charged with first-degree robbery and booked into McCracken County Regional Jail.
Authorities are still seeking Mobley and encourage anyone with information about his whereabouts to called the Paducah Police Department at (270) 444-8550 or Crime Stoppers at 443-Tell.
