A former Murray High School teacher and coach is back in the Calloway County Detention Center on charges of possessing or viewing matter that depicts a sexual performance by a minor.
Mark Boggess was arrested this week. His bond is $25,000 dollars.
Boggess was previously arrested for allegedly setting up a recording device in a school bathroom. Involving that arrest, he faces eleven counts including three felonies and eight misdemeanors. He was released on a $25,000 dollar bond in April.
He has a status hearing scheduled for September 19.
