Maiden Alley Cinema executive director Landee Bryant-Greene talks with Tracy Ross about this weekend’s Oktoberfest in Paducah.
This Saturday’s Oktoberfest runs from 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and will be Maiden Alley’s sixth year of the fundraiser. Bryant-Greene says there will be 7 more area breweries present this year, bumping the total to 12, and Kirchoff’s Bakery will provide a Bavarian-themed food spread to complement the craft beer. Entertainment includes Patrick Sweany, Rod Hamdallah, the Solid Rock’it Boosters, and The Swamp Tigers. There will also be a second stage this year that will feature music from Old Salt Union and Fate McAffee.
Paducah Beer Werks hosts the Maiden Alley Oktoberfest After Party with music from Bawn in the Mash, Old Salt Union, Fat McAfee, and Rod Hamdallah as DJ.
Tickets and more information are available at maidenalleyoktoberfest.com. Bryant-Greene encourages people to come dressed for the Bavarian-themed occasion.
