White House physician Dr. Sean Conley says the president is no longer contagious 10 days after the onset of symptoms, but did not give details on whether Trump has tested negative for the coronavirus.

For health and safety reasons, debate organizers shifted next week's scheduled town hall to a virtual event. The president called the format "a waste of time."

One day after President Trump left the hospital to continue his COVID-19 treatment at the White House, he said he plans to participate in the debate scheduled for Oct. 15 in Miami.

The president's doctor has offered a fairly upbeat assessment of Trump's condition. But typically, only hospitalized COVID-19 patients in need of oxygen are given the drug.
