Murray State University students are preparing for their 78th annual production run of Campus Lights this week.
The annual student-run fundraiser helps raise cash for MSU's music department.
This year's production is the Dolly Parton classic "9 to 5 The Musical," the tale of a group of office workers and their misogynist boss.
Director Lane Northcutt and Publicity Coordinator Lauren Ruser sat down with WKMS' Kate Lochte to talk about the show and its message.
The production run begins January 23, and runs through the 25th at MSU's Lovett Auditorium. Tickets cost $12 for adults and $8 for children 12 or younger; they can be reserved at campuslights.org.
