Underwriter Spotlight: 3 Hearts Yoga in Murray

One underwriter sharing the love during the month of Valentine is 3 Hearts Yoga of Murray. The new yoga studio and juice bar is passionate about healthy living, and owner Marcy Snodgrass has good reason to be. After having open heart surgery at age 23, and being told she would be on medication for the rest of her life - she knew there had to be a better way. That's when she began practicing yoga and changed her nutritional lifestyle. Over the years her passion has grown - as has her desire to share her skill with the community.

The yoga studio offers classes for the earliest of the beginners to advanced yogis. And the juice bar has a variety of organic, gluten-free and even vegan healthy eating options. Whether you'd like your juice to "Step to the Beet," or if you enjoy a bolder "Green Goodness" mix of fresh kale juice, carrots, ginger, and more. You might also find "tahini beanie" hummus, granola bowls, and even "zoodles" - Zucchini cut into thin, noodle-like strips and topped with a spinach cream.

Marcy says she chose to underwrite on WKMS, "Because a community who cares about what sounds good, also cares what tastes good!" If you want to show some love for your health this February, you'll find 3 Hearts Yoga and Juice Bar at 707 S 12th street across from Food Giant. They are open Monday through Friday from 7 am to 5:30 pm, Saturday from 8 am to 2 pm.
