Former Murray High School teacher and coach Mark Boggess appeared in Calloway Circuit Court on Thursday for a pretrial conference.
Boggess is charged with three counts of possessing matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor and eight counts of voyeurism. He was arrested in August on charges of possessing or viewing matter that depicts a sexual performance by a minor.
He is scheduled to appear in court on January 7.
