Former Murray HS Teacher Boggess Pleads Guilty To All Charges, Faces 10 Years In Prison

Former Murray High School teacher and coach Mark Boggess has pled guilty to charges involving possessing matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor and voyeurism.

Boggess is facing up to 10 years in prison and could register as a sex offender.

Boggess was accused of setting up a video recording device in a school bathroom between January and April of 2019. He received three felony charges and eight misdemeanor charges from that incident. Boggess was arrested for child pornography in August and charged with five counts of possession.

Boggess will be sentenced on March 19.
